We offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or lightly inspected, with all original accessories and packaging when possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.
Once we review your case, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Normal shipping delays within the estimated delivery window
- Items damaged due to misuse, lack of cleaning, or improper handling
- Used filters or replacement accessories for hygiene reasons
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
