Cleaning & Care

Unplug the fountain before cleaning. Remove the lid, pump and filter components, then wash the stainless steel reservoir with warm water and mild soap. Rinse the pump regularly to remove pet hair or buildup.

Replace the filter regularly based on your water quality, the number of pets using the fountain and how frequently the fountain runs. Always keep the water above the minimum level to help protect the pump.
